Information We Collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your shipping address
• Your phone number (optional — used only for delivery questions)
• Payment information, which is handled directly by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.

When you browse the Site, Vercel Analytics collects anonymous page view counts. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not track you personally.

How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill your order
• To send you order confirmations and shipping notifications
• To answer questions and provide customer support
• To comply with tax and legal obligations

We do not send marketing emails and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for advertising purposes.

Third Parties

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the Site:

• Stripe — processes payments. Stripe may set its own cookies on stripe.com during checkout. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Postmark — sends transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping notifications.
• Vercel — hosts the Site and provides cookieless analytics.
• USPS — delivers your order. We share your shipping address with USPS for delivery.

Cookies and Tracking

The Site itself does not set cookies or use third-party trackers. Stripe may set cookies on stripe.com when you complete checkout, which is outside our control. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals at this time because the Site does not track you in a way that DNT signals could meaningfully limit.

Data Retention

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide customer support, and comply with tax and legal requirements (generally seven years for tax records). If you would like us to delete your information, email us at the address below and we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.

Your Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us. You can also unsubscribe from future transactional emails by contacting us, though note that we need to contact you about your order while it is in progress.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
