Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Every hat is custom pressed to order. Orders are typically pressed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days of purchase. Most orders ship sooner, but please allow for the full window during busy weeks or when new designs drop.

Carrier and Delivery Time

We ship via USPS First Class Mail. After a package leaves our shop, USPS typically delivers within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times are not guaranteed by USPS and can be affected by weather, holidays, and mail volume.

Shipping Cost

Flat rate $10.00 USD per order within the United States.

Free shipping on orders of $50 or more. No code required — the free rate applies automatically at checkout once your cart reaches the threshold.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with a USPS tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be charged for re-shipping. See our Returns Policy for details.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it is genuinely lost in transit, or if it arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
