Made To Order — All Sales Final

Every hat sold on 69xracing.com is custom pressed when you order it. Because your hat is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing preference, or wrong color selection. Please review your selection carefully before checking out.

What We Will Fix

We stand behind our work. If any of the following happens, we will replace the item or refund your order in full, including shipping:

  • The hat or patch arrives with a defect (glue, stitching, printing)
  • The wrong item was shipped to you
  • The package arrived damaged in transit

How To Request a Replacement or Refund

Email us within 14 days of the delivery date at:

orders@lidmasters.com

Please include any of the following so we can find your order:

  • The email address you used at checkout, or
  • The receipt number from the Stripe receipt email you received after checkout, or
  • A screenshot of your order confirmation

Also please include:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A short description of what went wrong

We will respond within 2 business days with next steps. In most cases we’ll either re-press and re-ship the item at no cost, or refund your order to the original payment method via Stripe. Refunds usually appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days after we issue them.

Wrong Shipping Address

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address you provided at checkout, we can re-ship it to the corrected address but you will be charged for the second shipping label. We are not able to refund orders that were shipped to the address you entered.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once USPS confirms delivery, your package is considered delivered. If a package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is genuinely lost in transit before delivery confirmation, email us and we will open a claim with USPS and work with you on a replacement or refund.
