Ordering

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Every item on the Site is custom pressed to order, meaning we press the selected patch onto a blank Richardson 112 hat when you place your order. Processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days before shipping. Orders cannot be modified or canceled after production has started.

Payment and Taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping is charged at a flat U.S. rate as shown at checkout.

Returns

See our Returns Policy. Because every item is made to order, all sales are final except for defects, shipping damage, or an incorrect item being sent.

Product Accuracy

We try to represent the colors, materials, and size of every product as accurately as we can. Actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to photography, lighting, and display differences. Patches are made from leatherette (faux leather), not genuine leather. Richardson 112 is a registered trademark of Richardson Sports; we use blank hats from Richardson and press our own patches on them.

Intellectual Property

The “Vad 69X” and “69x Racing” names, logos, patch designs, and photography are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or sell any of this content without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiDMasters LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or a purchase will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Koochiching County, Minnesota, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
